- BAS Controls Technician
- Queens, New York
- Prior Experience as a Controls Technician or similar position
- Well versed in troubleshooting controls BAS systems
- Knowledge of controls programming and experience rewriting sequences
- Fundamental understanding installing and testing building automation systems
- Strong understanding of commissioning protocols and point to point check outs
- Knowledge of HVAC VRF system service and service installations
- Well versed in installations, troubleshooting, repairing HVAC control systems and equipment
- Work closely with controls installations and start up/termination of equipment and programs
- Troubleshoot and manipulate current installed BAS programs
- Communicate efficiently with building owners as well as end users, and general contractors
- Ability to work in a team environment
