They also create custom support software for the Windows computers to monitor/interact with the controllers from anywhere.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist customers via phone or email about equipment troubleshooting, start-up procedures, upload firmware and configurations.
- Resolve customer issues or problems in a manner that is consistent with company values.
- Create configurations, graphics, and drawings for Sales Orders.
- Maintain product and application knowledge.
- Meet or exceed project goals.
