Job Overview:

As an Experienced Project Technician, you will play a key role in our projects, ensuring the successful installation and maintenance of HVAC systems. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and execute on-site installation projects.
• Install and repair a range of commercial HVAC equipment, ensuring optimal functionality.
• Provide technical support and excellent customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
• Document completed work and maintain accurate records.
• Work with various types of equipment, including:
• Rooftop Units
• Chillers
• Cooling Towers
• Hot Water / Steam Boilers
• Packaged Air Conditioners
• Computer Room AC Equipment
• Control Systems
• Air Handling / Fan Coil Units
• Condensers / Chilled Water Pumps
• Refrigerated Air Dryers
• Air Compressors
• Exhaust Fans
• Ice Machines
• Variable Frequency Drives
• Humidifiers

Qualifications:

• 6 to 8 years of experience as a Commercial HVAC Technician, showcasing a well-rounded skill set.
• Proven ability to build rapport and maintain productive relationships with clients, vendors, and co-workers.
• Strong organizational and effective communication skills.
• A committed team player with a positive attitude towards collaboration.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be over 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Union membership is preferred.
