- HVAC Controls Technician
- Richmond, VA
- Prior Experience as a HVAC/Controls Technician or similar position
- Well versed in installations, troubleshooting, repairing HVAC control systems and equipment
- Responsible for startup, commissioning, and servicing of air conditioning equipment
- Knowledge of HVAC VRF system service and service installations
- Extensive knowledge in chiller plants, boilers, air handlers, VAV’s and rooftop units
- Strong understanding of commissioning protocols and point to point check outs
- Work closely with controls installations and start up/termination of equipment and programs
- Perform any preventative maintenance, replacements, or modifications as needed.
- Communicate efficiently with building owners as well as owner
- Founded over 30 Years ago.
- Clients include: Colleges/Universities, Healthcare, Commercial Buildings, Educational Facilities, Private Offices.
