Hybrid Schedule

  • Remote every Friday
  • Additional remote-flex days based on project demands and performance

Position Details

  • Title: Sr. BAS Controls Engineer
  • Location: Omaha, NE
  • Tridium experience is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Oversee Building Automation/DDC systems in mission-critical data center environments
  • Design, optimize, and support HVAC and energy control solutions for high-availability facilities
  • Program, commission, and troubleshoot BAS platforms (Tridium, Siemens, and others)
  • Lead project assessments, scopes of work, documentation, and budget adherence
  • Integrate systems using BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks, and other open protocols

Ideal Candidate

  • Experience with major BAS/DDC systems such as:
    • Siemens PPCL / Desigo / Apogee
    • Tridium Niagara N4/AX/R2
  • Bonus experience (not required):
    • SCADA: Ignition, Iconics
    • EPMS: Eaton, Siemens, Yokogawa, Eco-Struxure
    • DCIM: Nlyte
    • PLC/HMI: Rockwell RSLogix
  • Strong familiarity with open protocols: BACnet, Modbus, and LON
