A rapidly expanding Building Automation and Data Center Services provider is seeking Mid- to Senior-Level BAS Controls Specialists for its Denver, CO team. Key Responsibilities:
- Commission, tune, and troubleshoot Tridium/Niagara controllers and associated sequences
- Support both proprietary and open-architecture BAS/BMS platforms
- Execute point-to-point device verification and complete system validation
- Integrate third-party systems using BACnet, Modbus, and TCP/IP
- Install and configure DDC controllers, sensors, relays, and control hardware
- Fabricate, wire, and assemble low-voltage control panels from engineering drawings
- Terminate, label, and organize low-voltage cabling per project standards
- Calibrate end devices to ensure accurate system performance
- Record all commissioning activities and maintain detailed daily logs
