A rapidly expanding Building Automation and Data Center Services provider is seeking Mid- to Senior-Level BAS Controls Specialists for its Denver, CO team.   • Platform Experience: All BAS platforms considered — Tridium/Niagara strongly preferred

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $85,000 – $135,000 (DOE)
  • Bonus: 10%–20% annual performance incentive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Commission, tune, and troubleshoot Tridium/Niagara controllers and associated sequences
  • Support both proprietary and open-architecture BAS/BMS platforms
  • Execute point-to-point device verification and complete system validation
  • Integrate third-party systems using BACnet, Modbus, and TCP/IP
  • Install and configure DDC controllers, sensors, relays, and control hardware
  • Fabricate, wire, and assemble low-voltage control panels from engineering drawings
  • Terminate, label, and organize low-voltage cabling per project standards
  • Calibrate end devices to ensure accurate system performance
  • Record all commissioning activities and maintain detailed daily logs
