- This position predominantly covers Portland, OR metro. May have a few projects in Salem or Eugene

- Retrofit, Service, and New Construction
- Clientele: K-12 Schools, Hospitals, and Class A Buildings.
- Extensive BAS Controls knowledge and holistic vision of the BAS Controls industry
- Understanding of project management steps/requirements
- Ability to be technical when needed
- Hiring either:
- an experience Controls Project Manager

- a technical controls individual who wants to be a Controls Project Manager
- Receive controls projects to manage once the projects have been awarded
- Coordinate with subcontractors and various internal teams including installation, engineering, etc
- Visit project sites for check-in and resource coordination. (Has the technical ability to assist with the start-up team when necessary)
- Manage/identify subcontractors
- Write up Change Orders and Material orders
- Assist with Close-Out
- Provide technical expertise/solutions when working with customers, subcontractors, and internal team members
- Project budgeting and assist with billings/financial projections
