We are seeking a dedicated BAS Controls Technician to support the installation, commissioning, and service of building automation systems for a long-standing contractor in Wisconsin. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both fieldwork and team collaboration and wants to grow their career with a company known for stability, employee development, and high-quality project delivery.

Position Details:

  • Title: BAS Controls Technician
  • Location: North Fond du Lac, WI
  • Work Region: 70–80-mile radius — all within Wisconsin
  • Status: Full-Time | Overtime Eligible

Ideal Candidate:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in BAS installation, controls, or related HVAC systems
  • Solid understanding of HVAC controls, lighting systems, and energy management platforms
  • Experienced with commissioning, startup, and Point-to-Point verification
  • Comfortable troubleshooting systems and making minor programming adjustments
  • Ability to work closely with construction teams and oversee subcontractors
  • Willing to participate in project turnover and closeout processes

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install controllers, sensors, and field devices for HVAC and lighting systems
  • Perform functional testing and complete Point-to-Point commissioning
  • Support project startup activities to ensure successful job completion
  • Provide warranty, service, and technical support for completed projects
  • Communicate clearly with project managers, end users, and general contractors
  • Diagnose and resolve BAS issues in both new construction and retrofit settings

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Hourly Rate: $36.54 – $44.65 (Equivalent to $75,000 – $90,000 annually)
