A well-established Data Center and Building Automation contractor is seeking an accomplished BAS Controls Sales professional in Atlanta, GA. This role centers on cultivating new business, developing client-focused automation solutions, and supporting the delivery of high-performance BAS and mission-critical data center projects. Position Details:

  • Title: BAS Controls Sales
  • Location: Atlanta, GA
  • Compensation: $125K–$375K OTE (Base + Commission)

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, pursue, and secure building automation opportunities with new and existing clients.
  • Conduct site walkthroughs and facility assessments to determine project needs.
  • Develop solution scopes that meet performance goals, energy objectives, and ROI targets.
  • Deliver proposals and present value-driven strategies to senior decision-makers.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
  • Build, track, and manage a strong sales pipeline to achieve annual revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and project teams to structure accurate and competitive proposals.
  • Maintain long-term client relationships and establish trust with key stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Successful track record in BAS, HVAC, energy management, or mechanical systems sales.
  • Strong understanding of Building Automation Systems, controls integration, or data center environments.
  • Ability to prepare and present ROI-based proposals to technical and executive audiences.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and business development skills.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable using CRM tools to manage sales activities.
