BAS Application Engineer (Mid & Senior Level) in Dallas, TX.
This role focuses on programming, integration, and commissioning of BAS systems across mission-critical, commercial, and institutional facilities.

Position Details:
- Title: BAS Application Engineer (Mid & Sr. Level)

- Compensation: $100K–$160K (DOE) + ~20% Bonus

Responsibilities:
- Develop, program, and validate BAS controllers and sequences of operation.
- Prepare BMS submittals, as-builts, and detailed control drawings.
- Configure and integrate BACnet, Modbus, and TCP/IP communication protocols.
- Provide remote technical support for project managers and field technicians.
- Commission systems, perform functional testing, and verify system performance.
- Apply and maintain standardized engineering and programming practices.
- Collaborate with HVAC, MEP, and IT teams to ensure smooth system integration.
- Troubleshoot BAS networks, servers, supervisory devices, and IoT integrations.
Ideal Candidate:
- Background as a BAS Application Engineer, Controls Technician, or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in BAS programming, logic development, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with multiple BAS platforms; Tridium Niagara experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
