RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prior experience as a Dispatcher or similar role
Maintain and schedule technician schedules and dispatch technicians as service calls come in
Plan which customers need their systems repaired/installed and assign service technicians to each job
Order parts for work order using purchase orders
Processing completed work order service tickets
Troubleshoot any issue that arise while technicians are in the field
Strong customer services skills
Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure all parts are available
Differentiating the service call between HVAC and BAS needs
Work closely with the customer or field technician to diagnose the current issue and send the appropriate resources
Communicate professionally via email and telephone
