In this hands-on position, you will leverage your skills to assemble various components, ensuring they meet our rigorous quality standards. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will directly contribute to the success of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble parts by positioning them in the specified relationship and fastening them securely using bolts, clips, screws, and other methods.
- Cut, strip, and mount electrical wires accurately within assemblies, ensuring all connections are reliable and safe.
- Adapt to various workstations as production needs demand, demonstrating flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
- Organize components systematically to streamline the assembly process and enhance overall productivity.
- Meet and consistently achieve established daily productivity goals to support the team’s objectives.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, promoting safety and efficiency.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team and company objectives.

Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Ability to read and interpret essential documents, including safety guidelines, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals.
- Proficiency in basic math skills, enabling the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in various units of measure.
- Basic computer skills are necessary, with experience in using RF scanning equipment being a plus.

Compensation for this role is competitive, with a pay rate of $14.25 per hour.
