Key Responsibilities: - Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and install various HVAC systems and components. - Travel to client locations using company vehicles to ensure top-notch service delivery. - Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance. - Work on a wide variety of HVAC systems, including: - Rooftop Units - Chillers - Cooling Towers - Hot Water and Steam Boilers - Packaged Air Conditioners - Computer Room AC Equipment - Control Systems - Air Handling and Fan Coil Units - Condensers and Chilled Water Pumps - Refrigerated Air Dryers and Air Compressors - Exhaust Fans - Ice Machines - Variable Frequency Drives - Humidifiers

Ideal Candidate Qualifications: - Proven ability to build rapport and maintain effective working relationships with clients, vendors, and team members. - Strong background in commercial HVAC service work, demonstrating exceptional customer service. - Excellent organizational skills with a focus on details. - Minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant work experience.

Minimum Requirements: - Must be over 18 years of age. - High school diploma or GED completion. - Completion of an Apprenticeship Program or equivalent training. - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. - Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. - Ability to secure Union Membership.
