Overview: Join a leading HVAC service contractor with a strong reputation for excellence and customer satisfaction. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HVAC Service Technician to enhance our dynamic team in Silverthorne. As a key representative of our company, you will play an essential role in delivering top-notch service to our clients while contributing to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities: - Conduct preventive maintenance and inspections for a diverse range of HVAC equipment and systems. - Troubleshoot and repair various units, including rooftop units, chillers, and cooling towers. - Maintain and install hot water/steam boilers, packaged air conditioners, and computer room AC equipment. - Work with control systems, air handling units, fan coil units, and other related components. - Service condensers, chilled water pumps, refrigerated air dryers, air compressors, and exhaust fans. - Provide support for ice machines, variable frequency drives, and humidifiers. - Foster strong working relationships with clients, vendors, and co-workers to ensure exceptional service delivery.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications: - Proven ability to build rapport and strong working relationships in a collaborative environment. - Extensive background as a Journeyman HVAC Technician with a focus on commercial service work. - Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining a positive work ethic. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. - 5 to 8 years of relevant industry experience.

Minimum Qualifications: - Must be over 18 years of age. - High School diploma or GED required. - Completion of an Apprenticeship Program or equivalent training is preferred. - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. - Willingness to obtain Union Membership.
