Key Responsibilities: - Develop comprehensive project scopes of work and pricing strategies to match client needs. - Facilitate all communication between clients and project personnel, ensuring clarity and alignment. - Assess and articulate manpower requirements for each project, enhancing team efficiency. - Create and implement commissioning (Cx) plans and detailed project schedules to streamline workflow. - Design timelines for project deliverables, assign tasks, and monitor completion to ensure deadlines are met. - Organize and maintain project documentation, creating a structured project folder from materials provided by clients and partners. - Engage with the project team regarding travel arrangements and project requirements. - Lead meetings throughout the testing phase, record minutes, and ensure follow-through on action items. - Schedule and oversee punch list meetings, assisting testing engineers in managing respective tasks. - Review reporting requirements and coordinate to ensure all necessary metrics are met. - Monitor and manage project budgets to maintain profitability and reduce unnecessary costs. - Analyze current project processes, providing suggestions for improvements to increase efficiency. - Utilize Smartsheet for developing and managing project plans to enhance overall process and margin performance. - Accurately forecast revenue projections based on project status and maintain timely invoice processing in Ajera.

Qualifications: - Experience: 3-5 years of project management experience in commissioning or mission-critical environments is essential. - Education: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required; experience with Smartsheet and Ajera is a plus. - Budgeting Skills: Demonstrated experience in budgeting and financial forecasting. - Mathematical Skills: Strong ability to calculate figures, percentages, and proportions as needed. - Communication Skills: Ability to understand complex instructions and convey information clearly and concisely. - Organizational Skills: Highly organized, proactive, responsive, and detail-oriented. - Working Arrangement: Must be capable of working effectively from a home office and traveling to project sites 50-60% of the time.
