Controls Project Manager - Nashville, TN - Large HVAC Mechanical Company w/ Controls Division<u1:p> </u1:p>

POSITION:
  • Project Manager <u1:p> </u1:p>
LOCATION:
  • Nashville, TN <u1:p> </u1:p>
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage and communicate project scope with all levels of contracting chain 
  • Track and forecast costs spent on materials and labor and adhere to project budgets
  • Manage field staff, suppliers, and subcontractors during the entirety of construction 
  • Ability to create change orders and generate and submit work orders for the extra work needed
  • Assist with estimating extra work  
  • Provide support to staff, superintendents, and other project personnel 
  • Ensure all company safety policies are adhered to 
  • Ability to problem solve and provide technical advice or assistance throughout all phases of construction 
  • Prepare project related documentation for clients, management, and other related staff 
  • Establish staffing needs for all phases of the project and be able to lead each team
