BAS Programmer - Nashville, TN - Large HVAC Mechanical Company with a Controls Division

POSITION:
  • BAS Programmer <u1:p> </u1:p>
LOCATION:
  • Nashville, TN <u1:p> </u1:p>
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Prior experience as a BAS Programmer or similar position<u1:p> </u1:p>
  • Program and configure custom applications from scratch or prepackaged libraries<u1:p> </u1:p>
  • Perform check-out and commissioning of BAS Systems<u1:p> </u1:p>
  • Communicate effectively with technicians and PMs in the field and other related staff <u1:p> </u1:p>
  • Create controls databases from scratch <u1:p> </u1:p>
  • Mentor and train other team members <u1:p> </u1:p>
  • Coordinate and manage BAS support technicians <u1:p> </u1:p>
  • Familiar with BAS communication protocols, specifically BACnet, LON and Modbus <u1:p> </u1:p>
  • Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve any issues within systems<u1:p> </u1:p>
  • Manage programs from start to finish and ensure they cover all requirements<u1:p> </u1:p>
