    • 3-5 years of solid experience in the field <u1:p> </u1:p>
    • Ability to analyze and read schematics for BAS/BMS Controls <u1:p> </u1:p>
    • Strong understanding of programming, startup, and commissioning <u1:p> </u1:p>
    • Ability to troubleshoot, trace out, list and problem solve <u1:p> </u1:p>
    • Manage and oversee BAS/BMS via in-office computers <u1:p> </u1:p>
    • Respond to all BAS/BMS service calls <u1:p> </u1:p>
    • Ability to repair and replace all parts associated to the BAS/BMS <u1:p> </u1:p>
