Lead Stationary Controls Technician - Pasadena, CA
The campus is in Pasadena, CA and is about 2.5 million square feet with more than 200 buildings. The position would be a part of the Controls Operating division, which is about 5-6 people.
There are 2 Openings during the 1st Shift (7:30AM-3:30PM).

INTERVIEW PROCESS:
- Phone Screen and In-Person Interview
- Controls Console monitoring
- Troubleshooting control systems from when identifying a problem such as seeing an alarm on a chiller
- Watching the alarm Console or responding for alarm occurrences depending upon what job one would currently be working
- Troubleshooting, upgrading controllers, and replacing Tridium JACEs
- Plus (not a requirement) – Certified in Tridium Niagara
- Plus (not a requirement) – Certified in Distech
- Plus (not a requirement) – prior experience working on Tridium Niagara front-end work stations
- Can read/decipher BAS Programming such as understand Tridium Niagara block programming
- Effective problem-solving
- Years of experience as a Controls Technician
- Controls Troubleshooting
- Point-to-Point Commissioning
- Controls Install/Start-Up
- Rewriting Sequences
- Building Automation Controls Understanding
- Deep understanding of mechanical systems
- Operations of Air Handler Units
- HVAC Components, Pumps, Valves, Compressors, etc.
- Chiller Understanding
