- Large Mechanical Company that has a BAS Controls Division
- They do a lot of Retrofit and Service work
- Clientele:
- Class A Buildings/Commercial Real Estate, Financial, Healthcare, Technology, Educational, and Industrial Facilities.
- Controls Sales Executive
- Mix of Project Sales and Service Sales: Retrofit Work, Pneumatic Upgrades, Parts, Maintenance Agreements, etc.
- Develop business from existing accounts (receive a handful of accounts to start)
- Ultimately, develop new business and account manage
- Visit customers about 3-4 days a week. 1-2 days work from either the office or from home when doing office-related sales operations or account prospecting
- Ability to estimate most owner-direct jobs. The branch has a Controls Estimator that is helpful on large, complex jobs
