This is an excellent opportunity for those with an interest in electrical wiring and a passion for hands-on work.
In this role, you will be integral to the preparation and assembly of panel components for various automation systems. You will gain invaluable insights and skills, working alongside experienced technicians while cross-training in essential tasks related to panel assembly and wiring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare panel enclosures for the building process, ensuring they meet all specifications.
- Prewire panels as needed, readying components for installation.
- Cut, strip, and mount wires to connect various electrical units per project requirements.
- Install basic electrical assemblies and hardware within enclosures to create efficient systems.
- Plan, construct, and assemble test panels for both experimental and production testing.
- Assemble and test control devices, switch panels, transformers, and other electrical apparatus following methodical layouts.
- Review project instructions and blueprints to verify specifications, ensuring all builds meet quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to the 5S methodology.
Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
- Ability to learn and effectively use company software and tools.
- Committed to safe work practices and accuracy in all production tasks.
- Willingness to meet and maintain production goals established for the role.
