  • Offering technical insights that support sales interactions and processing customer orders, while also identifying potential sales growth opportunities.
  • Preparing detailed quotations and order confirmations to ensure clarity and satisfaction for customers.
  • Building accurate item cards in the company's ERP system, which involves navigating manufacturer price books and product literature.
  • Negotiating pricing strategically to enhance sales and profit margins.
  • Contributing to project specifications by reviewing drawings and completing project take-offs.
  • Providing outstanding personal customer service to cultivate long-lasting relationships and resolve any issues by developing effective solutions.
  • Assisting with sales calls and inquiries as overflow support, ensuring all customer needs are met promptly.
  • Guiding customers in utilizing the company’s website and product catalog to enhance their purchasing experience.
  • Accurately processing orders received through electronic purchase order portals and providing necessary acknowledgments.

Ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications:

  • An undergraduate or bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of five years of related professional experience, showcasing a strong background in industrial automation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, coupled with the ability to quickly learn and navigate company-specific software.
  • Advanced knowledge of the industrial process marketplace, including the dynamics of customers, consultants, contractors, and end users, as well as expertise in industrial process applications and products.
