Human Resources Generalist I

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support payroll administration by ensuring timely and accurate processing of all payroll actions.
  • Assist with benefits administration, facilitating the accurate and timely processing of employee benefits elections.
  • Help develop, coordinate, and implement training programs, wellness initiatives, and other critical HR projects.
  • Maintain confidential personnel records, including the organization and filing of physical documents in employee files.
  • Create and manage spreadsheets and databases, generating reports as necessary to support HR functions.
  • Prepare internal communications and company-wide correspondence with clarity and professionalism.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and special recognition programs, enhancing workplace morale.
  • Stay informed on HR trends, best practices, regulatory updates, and emerging technologies in human resources and talent management.
  • Manage project administration for special assignments as designated.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent paired with a minimum of two years of experience in a human resources capacity.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality.
