Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively target customers based on territory performance, aligning with annual sales quotas.
- Identify and initiate contact with potential new customers through various channels including cold calling, referrals, trade publications, and industry trade shows.
- Schedule appointments with identified prospects that fit within desired industries.
- Uncover additional projects or upsell opportunities within the current client base to maximize revenue potential.
- Document and identify cost savings associated with equipment conversions and process efficiency improvements, making informed recommendations to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both customers and manufacturers to ensure successful collaboration and sales expansion.
- Serve as the main point of contact regarding contract pricing, terms, and conditions, coordinating effectively with accounting and inside sales teams.
