  • Schedule appointments with potential clients within your ideal industry focus to showcase the company's offerings.
  • Recognize additional project opportunities and upsell possibilities within the current customer base, enhancing overall client value.
  • Document potential cost savings through equipment conversions, product consolidation, and improved process efficiency, delivering informative insights to clients.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers and manufacturers to support account growth.
  • Act as the primary contact for contract pricing, terms, and conditions, collaborating closely with accounting and inside sales teams to streamline processes.
  • Advocate for customer needs regarding specific terms and conditions to ensure satisfaction.
  • Recommend product solutions and identify areas for enhancements and add-ons based on client feedback and industry trends.
  • Develop partnerships with vendors that facilitate deeper market penetration and an increase in sales volume.
  • Participate in product training to gain in-depth knowledge for troubleshooting and addressing product-related issues.
  • Conduct online research and actively engage with trade organizations to remain informed about market developments and network extensively.
