Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and install HVAC equipment and related components on client sites.
• Operate company vehicles to travel to various locations for service calls.
• Perform preventive maintenance services on a wide range of HVAC systems, including:
• Rooftop Units
• Chillers
• Cooling Towers
• Hot Water / Steam Boilers
• Packaged Air Conditioners
• Computer Room AC Equipment
• Control Systems
• Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Units
• Condensers / Chilled Water Pumps
• Refrigerated Air Dryers
• Air Compressors
• Exhaust Fans
• Ice Machines
• Variable Frequency Drives
• Humidifiers
• Develop strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
• Work collaboratively with a team of talented technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Be prepared to work overtime hours, especially during peak demand periods in the hot summer months.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

• Strong ability to foster rapport and build productive working relationships with clients, vendors, and co-workers.
• A well-rounded background as a Journeyman with a dedication to customer satisfaction.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in commercial HVAC service work.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be over 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Completion of an Apprenticeship Program or equivalent education/training.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Ability to gain Union Membership.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive hourly pay range of $30.00 - $50.00, commensurate with experience, education, skills, and knowledge.
