Position Overview:

As a Service Coordinator, you will play a crucial part in supporting service operations, ensuring that our commitments to customers are met promptly and with exceptional quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster strong internal and external relationships with customers, vendors, and team members.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high service standards and exceeding client expectations.
  • Oversee the technical competency of field operations, including mechanical and electrical activities.
  • Coordinate the turnover of service sales to operations for seamless execution.
  • Provide administrative support related to accounting and sales functions.
  • Assist in the procurement of materials and equipment necessary for service operations.
  • Manage subcontractor administration to ensure compliance and quality standards.
  • Schedule work orders efficiently to optimize service delivery.
  • Offer backup support for customer service dispatching as needed.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to build rapport and productive relationships with clients, vendors, and colleagues.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in HVAC or facility service-related environments.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High School diploma or GED is required.
  • Familiarity with the HVAC and facility service industry.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong command of English, both written and verbal.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Average starting wage: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour, based on experience, education, skills, and knowledge.
