Key Responsibilities:

As an HVAC Service Technician, you will play a critical role in our operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, and installing a variety of HVAC equipment and related components.
• Engaging with clients on-site, providing exceptional service, and developing strong working relationships.
• Traveling to various client locations using a company vehicle.
• Conducting preventive maintenance and addressing issues related to:
• Rooftop Units
• Chillers
• Cooling Towers
• Hot Water and Steam Boilers
• Packaged Air Conditioners
• Computer Room AC Equipment
• Control Systems
• Air Handling and Fan Coil Units
• Condensers and Chilled Water Pumps
• Refrigerated Air Dryers and Air Compressors
• Exhaust Fans and Ice Machines
• Variable Frequency Drives and Humidifiers

Qualifications:

We are seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in commercial HVAC service.
• Proven ability to develop rapport and productive relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
• A well-rounded background as a Journeyman, showcasing effective customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Completion of an Apprenticeship Program or equivalent education/training.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to gain Union Membership.
