Key Responsibilities: - Load and unload incoming and outgoing materials and equipment efficiently - Provide status reports on all matters affecting service operations - Operate assistive devices, such as hoists and lifts, to facilitate material handling - Use protective devices, including padding and straps, to secure materials - Safely operate company vehicles to deliver and pick up materials from field technicians and other branches - Ensure the security of the building before and after business hours - Collaborate with the logistics team and assist with additional tasks as needed - Foster strong internal relationships with other teams to enhance overall operations

Ideal Candidate Qualifications: - Willingness to work flexible hours and drive long distances, especially in mountainous areas - Proven ability to drive defensively and manage company vehicles safely - Material handling experience, preferably within the HVAC industry - Knowledge of the Denver metro area to optimize delivery routes - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with internal departments, vendors, and customers - Certification to operate a forklift is highly desirable

Minimum Qualifications: - Must be over 18 years of age - High school diploma or GED required - Physical ability to bend and lift up to 50 lbs as needed - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
