Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive project scopes of work and accurate pricing models.
• Coordinate all communications between clients and project personnel to ensure alignment and clarity.
• Assess manpower requirements for upcoming projects and manage workforce assignments effectively.
• Create and implement commissioning plans, schedules, and timelines for project deliverables.
• Organize and maintain all project documentation, ensuring all files from clients, Engineers of Record, and General Contractors are accessible and well-categorized.
• Facilitate meetings at key milestones, including testing phases, and produce concise meeting minutes.
• Lead and schedule punch list meetings to ensure thorough quality assurance.
• Collaborate with testing engineers for effective punch list management and reporting requirements.
• Proactively monitor project budgets, ensuring profitability and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
• Analyze project processes to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies that enhance operational efficiencies.
• Utilize Smartsheet for project planning and management, driving improved processes and margins.
• Provide accurate forecasts and track project statuses while managing invoicing in Ajera accounting software.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3-5 years of project management experience in commissioning or mission-critical environments is required.
• Education: A four-year college degree is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Smartsheet and Ajera is a bonus. Experience in budgeting and forecasting is essential.
• Mathematical Proficiency: Strong ability to perform calculations involving percentages and proportions.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to follow instructions and effectively convey information with clarity.
• Organizational Skills: Highly organized, proactive, responsive, and detail-oriented, with a knack for multitasking.
