Summary:

Are you a driven and detail-oriented project manager with a knack for ensuring flawless execution in commissioning or mission critical environments? We are seeking a talented Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this crucial role, you will guide project activities from inception to completion, ensuring that scope, budget, and timelines are met while maintaining excellent communication among all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the project scope of work, ensuring clear pricing and budgetary guidelines are established.
  • Coordinate all communication between clients, team members, and vendors, fostering strong relationships.
  • Create detailed manpower requirements tailored to each project, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
  • Formulate commissioning plans (Cx plans) and comprehensive project schedules.
  • Assign tasks with clear timelines for deliverables, monitoring the team's progress to ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain and organize project documentation, ensuring easy access for all involved parties.
  • Facilitate regular meetings, including testing sessions, and prepare concise meeting minutes for follow-up actions.
  • Support testing engineers with punch list management, ensuring all tasks are addressed efficiently.
  • Oversee reporting requirements and ensure compliance with project documentation standards.
  • Monitor project budgets closely, analyzing profitability and suggesting process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Utilize Smartsheet for project planning, actively managing processes to optimize financial outcomes.
  • Provide accurate revenue forecasts and track project progress, creating invoices using Ajera accounting software.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years in project management within commissioning or mission critical environments is essential.
  • Education: A bachelor’s degree is required; military experience is considered a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required; experience with Smartsheet and Ajera is highly desirable.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong budgeting and forecasting expertise; ability to perform calculations involving percentages and proportions.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey instructions clearly and effectively.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized, proactive, and responsive, with a focus on precision in task execution.
  • Remote Work Capability: Ability to work independently from home, with readiness to travel to job sites when required.
