This position has remote-flexibility if someone needs it, and the projects are predominantly in Orange County, Los Angeles, and the Inland Empire.

- Solar Development Engineer – Large Commercial Projects

IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Prior experience in Design of Commercial PV/Solar projects
- Team Player, Ability to Work-Independently, Detail-Oriented
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive the Engineering/Development of Solar Construction Projects
- Receive the proposed design/bid from the Sr. Sales Engineer
- Perform local Job-Walks for project planning (15-25% of the time)
- Establish schedule project milestone phases and deliverables
- Coordinate with engineering subcontractors, internal team members, clients, etc
- Design with AutoCAD (preferred), Bluebeam, Revit, etc
- Create Permit-Level drawings and collaborate with internal and external resources.
- Create Submittal packages
- Track, schedule, and procure major equipment
- PLUS – previous experience with PowerClerk submissions
