POSITION:
- Mechanical Project Engineer
- Plan / Design mechanical systems for buildings, central plants, and facilities
- Provide design, including all calculations, equipment sizing, system layout, and performance specifications for mechanical and plumbing systems.
- Support project requirements including basis-of design narratives, cost estimates, drawing documentation, systems design, and technical specifications.
- Research, prepare, and present coordinated design options.
- Review drawings and research code issues to comply with city, state, and county regulations.
- Ensure team outputs meet the required standards and meet agreed deadlines.
- Review and train subordinate staff
- Produce accurate Mechanical Designs and Stamp plans
- Review proposals and estimates
- Mechanical Design-Build Company with a Controls Department
