Engineering Manager - Innovative HVAC Mechanical & Controls Company - OC/LA

The company has 130+ employees, team-player/work culture, and has 2 locations in Southern California: 1 in Central Orange County and 1 in North Los Angeles.

POSITION:

• Engineering Manager or Sr. Mechanical Engineer to become Engineering Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:          

• Lead and mentor engineering teams responsible to design, develop and release HVAC projects.
• Set engineering standardization practices 
• Grow the existing Engineering Department 
  • Current staff is an HVAC Mechanical Engineer w/P.E. and a Controls Design Engineer. 
• Expertise in design engineering of Chiller/Central Plants and Retrofit projects
• Execute deliverables within a phased-gate development system.
• Help prepare mechanical drawings for construction and city permits working with AutoCAD or MS Visio

CERTIFICATION:

• PLUS (Not Required) – P.E. or Professional Engineer

LOCATION:                       

• Two Offices: one in Orange County and one in Los Angeles
