**This company is considering candidates who have experience with estimating OR have been in a field position and would now prefer/want to do an estimating office position. 

This is for a large electrical company, and they sell several lines of products including: wire, cable, cords, conduits & raceways, distribution equipment, controls, wiring devices, wall plates, fuses, batteries, signaling, connecting, lighting, building products, and line construction material.

RESPONSIBILITIES:          

• Develop Switchgear estimates and determine project/equipment costs and profit margins
• Prepare Submittals for customers and negotiate on returned Submittals 
• Develop project schedule and logistics
• Prepare Bill of Materials (B.O.M.), share with customer and with the Sales Rep
• Support Sales Department 
• Perform job walks and being able to estimate/identify costs
