POSITION:      
	- HVAC Tech (to become a BAS Controls Tech)
 
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
	- Consider candidates who are junior and senior-level.
 
	- Strong HVAC background who has a desire to do BAS Controls. Ultimate goal is to become a Controls Specialist with an HVAC background. 
 
	- Knowledgeable in Heat Pumps, VAVs, Rooftop Units, conventional units for Start-Up, some mechanical experience with Chillers/Boilers
 
RESPONSIBILITIES in Controls:
	- Point-to Point-Check-Out / Commissioning
 
	- Communication Integration: BACnet, LON, Modbus, etc. 
 
	- Troubleshooting and Rewriting Sequences
 
	- Learn application programming and BAS graphics development
 
TERRITORY:
	- Most work is in San Diego Proper
 
	- A lot of customers in North San Diego and Temecula
 
	- Couple large customers in Palm Springs 
 
	- Sometimes goes out to Imperial Valley (1 or 2 job sites out there)
